Bioplus International Laser and Skin Clinic is a global network of physician-led aesthetic medical clinics, established in 1992. As a cross-national medical group, our mission is to provide non-surgical aesthetic skin rejuvenation treatments and advanced laser technologies, delivered with a commitment to excellence and sophistication.

Founded in 1996 by Dr. Luwyna Li, the first Bioscor clinic in Canada introduced a pioneering approach to laser and skin treatments. Dr. Li quickly became a leader in the field, establishing Bioscor as the first clinic in British Columbia to offer Fotona QX Max and Picosure treatments, specializing in the treatment of skin discoloration and melasma.

In 2022, we expanded with a second location in Richmond, BC, rebranding as Bio-International Laser Clinic. By 2024, the clinics were merged and renamed BioPlus International Laser and Skin Clinic, continuing our mission to deliver results-driven treatments and uphold quality assurance in medical aesthetic services.

Bioplus International's North American International chain was established, and the very first location was in Burnaby, Canada.
Bioplus International Laser Clinic Chain expanded to other 4 locations in Toronto, Montreal, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Bioplus International treatment list expanded from Crystal Peeling, Fruit Acid Peeling, to Advanced Cosmetic Medical Beauty Laser Peeling.
With continuous evolution of laser technology, Bioplus International Laser Clinic has also equipped with numerous advanced medical and aesthetic laser technology, and has also relocated from the to the current address.
Rebranding of Bioscor International Skin and Laser Clinic to Bioplus International Laser Clinic and expansions of 2 more locations- Langley and Richmond.
