Membership in The Glow Account is free and open to all customers of BioPlus International Laser & Skin Clinic. You can join in two ways:

• Create a customer account at biopluslaser.com — your Glow Account is created automatically when you sign up
• Open the floating rewards launcher on any page of our website and choose Join now

Upon enrollment, you will receive a 100-point welcome bonus, redeemable on your next online skincare purchase.

Every dollar you spend on medical-grade skincare products at biopluslaser.com earns you one Glow Point. Points are credited to your account within 24 hours of purchase confirmation.

Additional ways to earn include:

• A 100-point welcome bonus upon joining
• A birthday bonus on the anniversary of your enrollment
• $25 in Glow credit for every friend you refer who makes their first purchase (your referred friend also receives a $25 welcome credit on their first order)
• Periodic promotional point multipliers during sales and clinic events

Details of any current bonus offers are visible inside your Glow Account dashboard.

Glow Points are redeemed at the rate of 100 points equals $10 in skincare credit. Points can be applied at checkout in increments of 100, up to the value of your order.

Points can currently be redeemed on medical-grade skincare products through our online store at biopluslaser.com. Points are not currently redeemable on in-clinic treatments, services, packages, or gift cards.

We are working to expand the redemption catalogue in the future. When new redemption options become available, registered Glow Account members will be the first to know.

Glow Account points cannot be combined with manual promo codes at checkout, but they do stack with active site-wide sales and automatic checkout discounts — so you can earn and redeem during our promotional events.

Glow Account members receive free Canada-wide shipping on online orders over $150 CAD. Orders under $150 are subject to a flat $15 shipping rate.

Shipping is processed within 1-2 business days of order confirmation from our Burnaby clinic. Delivery times vary by location, typically 2-7 business days within Canada.

Your Glow Points stay in your account as long as your account remains active. An account is considered active as long as you make at least one purchase or earn points through any qualifying activity within a 24-month period.

If an account becomes inactive for more than 24 months, accumulated points may be archived. To reactivate your account and recover archived points, please contact our team at burnaby@biopluslaser.com.

Glow Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts. Points cannot be sold, traded, or assigned to any other person.

Glow Points are tied to the individual account holder and the email address on file. If you create a new account, points from a previous account cannot be moved to it.

If you return a product purchased using Glow Points, the points used will be credited back to your account upon successful return processing. The dollar value paid out of pocket will be refunded to the original payment method as outlined in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Points earned on the dollar value of a returned item will be removed from your account upon return processing.

BioPlus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue The Glow Account program at any time, with reasonable notice provided to active members. Material changes to earning or redemption rates will be communicated by email to registered members at least 30 days before taking effect.
