BioPlus International Laser & Skin Clinic (Canada) Inc. is a medical aesthetic clinic operating two locations in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia. We have served patients since 1996 and provide laser treatments, injectables, skin tightening, body contouring, and other advanced aesthetic services, along with retail medical-grade skincare products.

You may use biopluslaser.com to learn about our treatments, book consultations, purchase products, and contact our team. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of it.

All content on biopluslaser.com, including text, images, photography, video, and design elements, is owned by BioPlus International Laser & Skin Clinic (Canada) Inc. or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

All treatments at BioPlus are performed by qualified members of our team, with medical procedures led by our medical staff and advanced laser and skin therapies delivered by our specialist technicians under medical oversight. Treatment recommendations are made based on your individual skin type, medical history, and aesthetic goals during a personal consultation.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during your intake and consultation, including disclosure of medical conditions, medications, allergies, and prior treatments. We rely on this information to ensure your safety and the appropriate selection of treatments.

We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment we believe is not in your best clinical interest. If we decline a treatment, we will explain why and discuss alternative options where appropriate.

Treatment results vary from person to person. While we make every effort to provide accurate expectations during your consultation, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or in person at our Burnaby or Richmond locations.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or missed appointments without notice, may be subject to a fee. Our front desk will explain our cancellation policy at the time of booking.

Some treatments require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied to the total cost of your treatment plan.

Prices for treatments and skincare products are listed on our website and at each clinic location. Treatment package prices are confirmed during your consultation and may vary based on the area treated, your skin type, and the recommended number of sessions.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit, and cash. Online purchases through our website are processed by Shopify Payments. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers.

Treatment packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless a financing or instalment arrangement has been confirmed in writing.

Consultations with Dr. Youwen Zhou, our esthetic dermatologist, are billed directly through our clinic and are not covered by the BC Medical Services Plan (MSP) at this time.

Skincare products purchased through biopluslaser.com or in person are subject to our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy.

BioPlus is an authorised retailer for the brands we carry, including Colorescience, EltaMD, SkinCeuticals, Vivier Skin Pharma, and ZO Skin Health. All products sold by BioPlus are sourced directly from the manufacturer or authorised distributors and are stored under conditions that preserve their integrity.

The Glow Account is BioPlus's rewards program for online skincare purchases. Members earn one Glow Point for every dollar spent on medical-grade skincare at biopluslaser.com, plus a 100-point welcome bonus on enrollment. Points convert at 100 points equals $10 in skincare credit.

Points are currently redeemable on medical-grade skincare products through our online store. Points are not currently redeemable on in-clinic treatments, services, or gift cards. We are working to expand the redemption catalogue in the future.

Glow Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. Full program rules are available on our Glow Account Terms page.

The content on biopluslaser.com, including our written content, photography, videos, logo, slogan, and brand identity, belongs to BioPlus International Laser & Skin Clinic (Canada) Inc. or its licensors.

You are welcome to share or link to our content for personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. The trademarks and product names of medical device manufacturers referenced on our website remain the property of their respective owners.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in British Columbia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your relationship with BioPlus shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
