Shipping Policy
How we ship medical-grade skincare across Canada. Free shipping on orders over $150. Local pickup available at our Burnaby and Richmond clinics.

Section 01
Where We Ship
We ship to addresses across Canada. International shipping is not available at this time.
Section 02
Shipping Rates
We offer simple, transparent shipping:
- $15 flat-rate shipping on all Canadian orders
- Free shipping on orders of $150 or more (before tax)
For deliveries to remote or northern locations, an additional carrier surcharge may apply. If your order is subject to a surcharge, we will contact you before processing to confirm.

The Glow Account on Online Orders
Every skincare order placed through biopluslaser.com earns you one Glow Point per dollar spent, applied to your Glow Account and redeemable on future online skincare purchases at the rate of 100 points equals $10 in skincare credit. Combined with free shipping on orders over $150, The Glow Account is the most rewarding way to shop your favourite medical-grade skincare.

Section 04
Local Pickup
You can pick up your online order at either of our clinic locations free of charge. Select Local Pickup at checkout and choose your preferred location. We will email you when your order is ready, usually within one business day.
Pickup locations:
- Burnaby: 5400 Kingsway, Building #155, Burnaby, BC V5H 2E9
- Richmond: 8155 Capstan Way, Suite 145, Richmond, BC V6X 0V3
Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 6:30pm. Closed Sunday and Monday.
Section 05
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2pm Pacific Time on a business day are typically processed and packed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing before shipping. During peak periods such as Black Friday, Boxing Day, or promotional events, processing may take an additional day. Our team will keep you informed if any delay affects your order.
Section 06
Shipping Carriers
Canada Post is our primary carrier for all standard shipments. If we identify a delivery concern at the time of fulfillment, including weather disruption, carrier service interruption, or routing risk to your area, we may ship through FedEx, UPS, or another carrier to ensure your order arrives on time and in good condition. The carrier used for your order will be confirmed in your shipping notification email.
Section 07
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and begin once your order leaves our clinic.
- Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island: 1 to 3 business days
- Other British Columbia and Alberta: 3 to 5 business days
- Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and Quebec: 5 to 7 business days
- Atlantic Canada and Northern regions: 7 to 10 business days
Delivery times are not guaranteed by BioPlus or by the carrier. Weather, carrier delays, and remote delivery addresses may extend transit times.
Section 08
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been picked up by the carrier. You can track your package directly with the carrier using the link in your email.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder. If it is not there, contact our team and we will look into your order.
Section 09
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, take a photo of the outer packaging and the affected products and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours, building management, or other household members. Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before they reach the final destination. If after 24 hours you still cannot locate the package, contact our team and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Section 10
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Section 11
Product Quality in Transit
The medical-grade skincare we sell is sourced directly from authorised distributors and stored under conditions that preserve product integrity. We ship in protective packaging designed to maintain quality during transit. If you have concerns about a heat-sensitive product during summer months, contact our team and we can advise on the best shipping method or recommend local pickup at either clinic.
Section 12
Taxes
Canadian customers pay GST or HST as applicable to their province of delivery. Provincial Sales Tax (PST) is applied where required. All taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
