  • Shopify Inc. hosts our online store and processes payment transactions on our behalf
  • Zenoti is our clinical booking and management system, used to schedule appointments and maintain patient records
  • Shipping carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx receive shipping addresses to deliver your orders
  • Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use our website
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) may receive limited information through advertising pixels to help us reach relevant audiences
  • Email service providers deliver our newsletters and transactional emails

Each of these providers is bound by their own privacy commitments and agreements with BioPlus to protect your data.

Our online store and website are not directed to children under the age of 16. Treatments performed at BioPlus are subject to consent requirements for minors, which are managed through our clinical intake process.
