Who is this event for?
Anyone interested in advanced laser skin resurfacing. The NouvaDerm Thulium Laser treats pigmentation, texture, fine lines, and acne scarring, and is suitable for a range of skin types. Existing BioPlus patients and new guests are equally welcome.
Do I need to attend a specific session?
Sessions begin at 11am, 1pm, and 3pm. When you RSVP, you can select the session that works best for your schedule. Each session includes a science presentation, a live demonstration, and time for one-on-one consultations.
What is the complimentary mini-trial?
Every guest can experience NouvaDerm on a small area at no cost. You can choose from your hands, knees, elbows, or a small scar. The mini-trial shows you the sensation and immediate effects of the treatment before any commitment.
Is the event free to attend?
Yes. The event is complimentary, including the welcome refreshments and your chosen mini-trial. Treatments purchased at the event are subject to event pricing.
Where is the event?
The event is held at BioPlus International Laser & Skin Clinic in Burnaby, located at 5400 Kingsway #155, Burnaby, BC V5H 2E9. Parking is available in the building lot.
What if I cannot attend in person?
The event-day offers and prize draw are exclusive to in-person attendees. If you cannot attend but are interested in NouvaDerm, please book a consultation with our medical team and we will discuss your options.
Will the BioPlus medical team be available for questions?
Yes. Our team is on site for the full event, available for consultations after the demonstrations and throughout the afternoon.
