DESTINATIONS
The One Skin Clinic offers fast shipping with UPS, Purolator, or Canada Post, and always includes tracking.
We are able to ship anywhere in Canada or the United States.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Standard delivery once products have shipped is 3-8 business days within Canada, and 3-11 business days to the USA. *Please note that the current logistics environment has been experiencing unexpected delays globally, and this may impact the delivery estimate of your parcel due to issues beyond our control. We appreciate your patience as carriers are doing their best to keep things moving during these unprecedented times.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders will be processed and fulfilled within 1-2 business days. Orders will be fulfilled and prepared for shipping Tuesday-Saturday, excluding federal holidays within Canada. Packages do not require a signature upon delivery. An email with tracking information is sent once the order has been shipped.
